Capri’s Best Hotel The hotel is located in the perfect place between the main square and the big marina (Marina Grande). It offers a free shuttle to both destinations and the drivers were so kind and helpful (Buddika, Pradeep). It has a beautiful classical architecture with antique pieces that you’ll appreciate, also it’s very clean and neat. The rooms are very unique, each one has its individual design with hand painted walls, honestly more beautiful than any picture you will see. The staff certainly made the trip much more enjoyable. They helped us with our itinerary as they booked for us some of their recommended beaches and restaurants and made all of the rest of our plans easier. Most importantly, they were always friendly, smiling and patient to our inquiries. Thank you Stefano, Mariano and Gaia. The breakfast experience was like no other. It’s serving not a buffet and the restaurant’s menu is delicious and full of verities. You can enjoy the breakfast from the hotel’s garden or even at your room. Peppe was the restaurant’s manager and he was an absolute angel. Thank you so much Peppe and the waitress Mariana. I’ve been to many high end chain hotels from around the world but this has certainly exceeded all of them.

Most amazing experience I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were amazing. From the moment we arrived we were picked up from the ferry with someone with a sign with our name on it. We arrived at the hotel and were treated like royalty. I think they mistook me for a movie star. We got drinks, sat down to enjoy the view and our vacation was planned for us by a lovely woman. She gave us every place to see, how to walk to which locations, restaurants to eat at, even arraigned the boat to take us for the day cruising. The staff made us a to go bag with breakfast and drinks, We headed out and we were greeted every time we entered. We got a driver to pick us up and drop us off whenever we wanted. It was incredible. I cannot say all the wonderful experience we had here. The food was amazing, the chef was personally making sure we had everything we wanted. The staff, the managers all treated us as if we were movie stars. This was the best experience of my life in a hotel. You have to experience it for yourself. Oh and having incredible food at the pool watching the beautiful view was so much fun. Book this and you will not regret it. Thank you to all the staff here.

The hotel is beautiful! From the moment we stepped out of the car we felt welcome. The people working there are very nice to you and accommodating. They do a great job of taking care of you. The communication between us and hotel was excellent via WhatsApp. It was so easy to get from port to hotel, just a couple minutes, and they picked us up. They also took us up to Capri Town, 5 minutes. They made it so easy to navigate Capri. From dinner reservations to excursions, they took care of it. The pool area was so relaxing. My favorite part was breakfast each day. The breakfast area (which is also dinner area) is very nice and the breakfast selections were great! We really enjoyed all the options and everything tasted so fresh and good. The room was very comfortable. I loved the art deco style. Bathroom had a great hairdryer and toiletries with good vanity space. When we left, they arranged our departure. They even had a person down at port that had our boarding passes already and escorted us to the Ferry. Everything was wonderful! They made being in a foreign country so easy! We were well cared for and we really appreciated it!

It was an amazing experience. , away from the pressures of work. We spent our wedding anniversary there. The place was like heaven. The breakfast was more than wonderful with the beautiful area. The reception staff, Gaya, Gabriella, and Gianpiero, were more than wonderful. They helped me with restaurant reservations and suggestions for entertainment places that I enjoyed. My husband and I ،also received a room upgrade. Thanks to the restaurant staff, Neli and Mariana. Their smile and welcome every morning and evening gave a feeling of happiness. The experience for me was as if I was in a palace and not in a hotel, we are planning our next trip to the same hotel. A great advantage is that there are always drivers to serve you to the city center, and the ferry is also free, and their high morals, especially Medo, make the stay better and better.

we loved everything about our stay ... the hotel is beautiful seated on capri with oceanfront views. the staff is beyond amazing.. they go way beyond anything you could imagine to make your stay excellent and beautiful. Pepe's kindness and professionalism and hospitality wow. He left a deep imprint in our hearts. we were sad to leave and to know we will not see him again. Stefano also made sure and followed up on a level we never experienced before anywhere in our travel history. Really all the staff is super nice, always smiling, always professional, always following up, always excellent service. our room was gorgeous, super clean and we would definitely come back here when returning to Capri
