Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco

We liked everything about the property. It was a grand building with fine period (art nouveau) elements with excellent facilities and fantastic views across the bay and to Capri town. We were quite taken aback by just how good it was. The staff were absolutely superb from initial contact by email/whatsapp right through to organising and checking us in for the ferry journey back to Napoli. They were highly professional as they were friendly, always carrying out their duties with a smile. We felt so much at home, almost part of the Excelsior Parco family. The staff catered for our every need and gave fantastic advice on where to visit and what to do while we were in Capri including which restaurants to try. It was also great to chat to them after our day’s adventures and we felt that we could talk about any subject under the sun. The use of a courtesy car to get guests up to Capri town or down to the port is a lovely touch and very welcome given the narrowness of the roads. We’d love to thank the whole team for making our stay such a special one. We very much hope to return in due course.

It was an amazing experience. , away from the pressures of work. We spent our wedding anniversary there. The place was like heaven. The breakfast was more than wonderful with the beautiful area. The reception staff, Gaya, Gabriella, and Gianpiero, were more than wonderful. They helped me with restaurant reservations and suggestions for entertainment places that I enjoyed. My husband and I ،also received a room upgrade. Thanks to the restaurant staff, Neli and Mariana. Their smile and welcome every morning and evening gave a feeling of happiness. The experience for me was as if I was in a palace and not in a hotel, we are planning our next trip to the same hotel. A great advantage is that there are always drivers to serve you to the city center, and the ferry is also free, and their high morals, especially Medo, make the stay better and better.

Every morning there was such an amazing breakfast selection, and in the evenings, cocktails, and little bites to eat. Loved their shuttle service that took us to destinations around the island. Also loved having the outdoor balcony with private Jacuzzi and sun beds outside of our room

The hotel is beautiful! From the moment we stepped out of the car we felt welcome. The people working there are very nice to you and accommodating. They do a great job of taking care of you. The communication between us and hotel was excellent via WhatsApp. It was so easy to get from port to hotel, just a couple minutes, and they picked us up. They also took us up to Capri Town, 5 minutes. They made it so easy to navigate Capri. From dinner reservations to excursions, they took care of it. The pool area was so relaxing. My favorite part was breakfast each day. The breakfast area (which is also dinner area) is very nice and the breakfast selections were great! We really enjoyed all the options and everything tasted so fresh and good. The room was very comfortable. I loved the art deco style. Bathroom had a great hairdryer and toiletries with good vanity space. When we left, they arranged our departure. They even had a person down at port that had our boarding passes already and escorted us to the Ferry. Everything was wonderful! They made being in a foreign country so easy! We were well cared for and we really appreciated it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The property is stunning, and the service is above and beyond. I can’t say I’ve ever stayed at a place quite like this - the breakfast experience is incredible, the photos of the pool area don’t do it justice and the location is perfect (gorgeous views and away from the busy parts). With their complimentary shuttle service you can get into city center very quickly. I will be recommending this place to all friends and family who are travelling to Italy.
